At CHIP PUTTY GOLF, we pack and ship your golf goodies with care, wherever you are. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.

 

Where We Ship

We now offer worldwide shipping through our preferred carrier Hong Kong Post, however, if your country is not listed at checkout and you would like to purchase, drop us a message here or email us at cs@chipputty.com and we’ll see what we can do.

 

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

All orders are shipped from Hong Kong.

CHIP PUTTY does not collect taxes or duties at checkout. Any import fees, VAT, or custom charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will be collected by your local customs or postal service if applicable. 

We recommend checking your local import policies before ordering to avoid any surprises.

 

Order Processing Times

We aim to ship all orders within 5 working days after payment is received. During launches, sales, or holidays, please allow extra time - we appreciate your patience!

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking (if applicable).

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and may vary due to custom delays, local holidays, or weather events.

For orders outside of Hong Kong that have not been delivered within 20 business days from your email shipping confirmation, please contact us and we'll look into it. For Hong Kong orders, please contact us if you have not received your order within 7 business days from your email shipping confirmation.
