Refund / exchange policy

Please ensure you have checked your order carefully as we cannot make changes or offer refunds/exchanges after your order has been submitted.

 

Damaged / faulty or incorrect items

We will check products before shipping to ensure they meet the highest standard, however if your item is damaged or faulty upon delivery, or the incorrect items are shipped,  we are very sorry about this. Please email us with your order number and photos at cs@chipputty.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Our team will contact you within 48 hours to resolve the issue with an exchange or a refund as appropriate.
